We have implemented the below conditions to ensure the

health, safety and wellbeing of all members.

 

• No person should attend meetings held by the society if they have any of the following:

  • Close contact with confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days

  • Travelled to Australia from overseas or has been in close contact with someone who has arrived in Australia in the past 14 days

  • Has COVID-19 symptoms: fever or acute respiratory infection (e.g. shortness of breath or cough) with or without fever.

• Contact details of all attendees, name and mobile number or email address will be recorded in the attendance book. Immediately notify council if someone that attended the event has been identified as having the COVID-19 virus.

• Maximum of 16 people will be allowed in the hall.

• The 1.5m distance between each person will be managed. Sitting distance at 4m square apart.

• Maximum of 2 people will be allowed in the kitchen area.

• Hand sanitiser will be provided at entry to the hall and kitchen and people will be encouraged to use them or wash their hands before and after the meeting.

• We will also provide surface wipes to clean and disinfect all frequent touch points, such as: door handles, kitchen benches, chairs and tables and equipment. All equipment will be cleaned and stored in the cupboards.

• Gloves will be worn when cleaning and hands washed after cleaning.

• Hall will be cleaned after use.
